Tara brings more than 10 years of experience in youth development, program operations, and nonprofit leadership. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multi-site youth programs, supervised and developed staff, managed budgets, strengthened community partnerships, and overseen high-quality programming that supports young people and families.

She has also held leadership roles with Boys & Girls Clubs and other community-based organizations, where she focused on operational excellence, staff development, grant compliance, and program innovation.

In 2023, she received her Masters in Public Relations from Buffalo State College, which brought her closer to her community and family outreach goals. She is excited to join the SBC team and to continue her efforts to give back hope, a sense of belonging, and opportunities to be bigger than just where we come from.
