Host a Party at the Club

Grades: K-8

Location: Southport Clubhouse or Smilow-Burroughs Clubhouse

Party for Member: $260

Party for Nonmember: $305

Celebrate your child’s birthday or other special occasion at the Club with a private 2-hour party including 1 hour of gym time, 30 minutes of Gameroom time and 30 minutes of party room time! Our staff will entertain guests with gym activities and assist with party room set up. Popular activities include capture the flag, dodgeball, basketball, and soccer - other activities welcome. Certain activities are not available for all grade groups. Family is responsible for bringing all items needed for party, including food (nut free), drink, candles, matches, cake knife, paper products, and utensils. A maximum of 25 children allowed including siblings. Parties are held select Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays during the school year. Looking to customize your party a bit more? Cancellation Policy for Birthday Parties

In the event of illness, Wakeman Boys & Girls Club will attempt to reschedule the party to a date and time that works for the family. If that is not possible, Wakeman BGC will either a) offer a Club credit for the full amount of the party fee; or b) offer a refund, less the $50 deposit. Notice of intent to cancel due to illness should be made as soon as possible, no later than 4 hours prior to birthday party, by calling the front desk at the Clubhouse.
