2024 Summer Camp First Aid Provider

Wakeman Boys & Girls Club is looking for energetic and responsible employees who have a passion for working with children to join our organization in our Summer Day Camp. This position manages the camp health and safety program, provides medical treatment to campers and staff when necessary, administers medication to campers, complies with all required documentation, and acts as health educator for campers and staff. A primary function of this and every other job at Wakeman Boys & Girls Club is to ensure that each member, guest, and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.

2024 Summer Camp Archery Instructor

Wakeman BGC is looking for a Level 1 USA Archery certified instructor for the Summer Camp 2024 Season. This employee is under the direct supervision of the Senior Program Director. General and specific assignments are received and are usually under little direct supervision allowing latitude for use of independent judgment. The archery instructor will coordinate and instruct the Archery Program, using the basic philosophy adopted by Wakeman Boys & Girls Club.

2024 Summer Camp Adult/Minor Staff

Part time adult, college and minor employees in these positions are responsible for assisting in organization, supervision and implementation of Summer Camp for elementary or middle school aged youth in accordance with safety standards set forth by Wakeman Boys & Girls Club. Shifts are assigned Monday through Friday based on candidate availability. This role will not exceed 30 hours per week. This position reports to the Senior Program Director/Camp Director.

2024 Adult Summer Camp Specialist

Wakeman Boys & Girls Club is looking for energetic and responsible employees who have a passion for working with children to join our organization in our Summer Day Camp. The Summer Camp Specialist is responsible for developing a curriculum for 7 weeks for groups ranging from kindergarten-8th grade. A specialist is needed for each program area: STEAM/STEM, Arts & Crafts, Drama. Successful candidates will be available consistently throughout the Summer to oversee implementation of program areas.
