1. WBGC Members ages 6-18 compete in four age groups, as follows. There is no fee to participate.

• Ages 6-9

• Ages 10-12

• Ages 13-15

• Ages 16-18

2. Artwork must be entered in the age group that corresponds to the artist’s age when the work is submitted.

3. A professional or parent/caregiver must verify that artwork created outside the Club was created entirely by the Club youth.

4. Artwork must include an artist statement. An artist statement is a short-written explanation by an artist that helps people understand what their artwork means, why they created it, and what inspired them to make art. An artist statement can be 2 to 5 sentences.

5. The artwork submitted should not be the same work submitted for the 2025 competition.

6.  Any artwork created by a Club member in 2025 or 2026 at home, school, the Club, or our Saturday Open Art series may be entered into our Clubhouse exhibit.

7. Artwork made from or containing the following is not eligible:

o Art kits

o Ready-made patterns

o Tracings

o Follow-the-dots

o Cartoon characters

o Copyrighted material (e.g., published literature, songs, films, images, or any other content produced by someone other than the youth)
