Bus Transportation to Southport Clubhouse

BUS TRANSPORTATION TO SOUTHPORT CLUBHOUSE

Bus Transportation is available from Ludlowe Middle School, Tomlinson Middle School & limited spots from Mill Hill Elementary School to the Southport Clubhouse.

Below are registration guidelines for bus to Southport Clubhouse only:

Mill Hill Elementary School (3rd-5th Grade)
1. Fill out bus registration form and return to the Southport Clubhouse beginning September 6th. Forms are available at the front desk.
2. Wakeman will confirm your child's place on bus by email or phone approximately one week after receiving your registration.

Ludlowe Middle School & Tomlinson Middle School
1. Registration for bus is ongoing throughout the year based on limited availability. Registration forms are available at your child's respective school guidance office. For more information or who the school contact is, email Ruben Goodwin at Ruben@Wakemanclub.com

Other Bus Transportation Information
1. Parents are expected to commit to regular schedule of sending child the same day(s) every week.
2. Club staff will try to accomodate changes during school year due to emergencies or child's involvement in other consistent after-school activities, but changes and additions of days cannot be guaranteed.
3. Parents must inform Wakeman in writing of any long-term schedule change request.
4. Parents must inform school in writing of any one-time schedule change.
5. Inappropriate bus behavior is managed by school, but may include loss of privileges determined by Wakeman.
6. A parent or guardian must attend an orientation meeting explaining behavior expectations and information pertaining to participating in transportation after school. This meeting will take place at the Southport Clubhouse and a date will be announced at the start of the school year.
